Dubai fitness coach shares effective anti-bloating workout routines

Mia, a Dubai-based fitness coach known as miaa.fiit on Instagram, regularly uses social media to share helpful workout advice with her audience.
On May 15, she posted three exercises designed to reduce bloating and achieve a slimmer belly, encouraging her followers to incorporate them into their routines for noticeable results.
Three effective anti-bloating routines
The exercises Mia demonstrated in her video focus on a combination of full-body stretches and core-strengthening movements.
According to her, by the time you reach the third routine, you’ll feel tension release from your pelvis, your bloating will reduce, and swelling in your body will diminish.
Here are the three exercises she recommended:

Stretch and flow
Begin by placing both hands on the ground with palms flat, one leg bent, and the other extended with the foot firmly planted on the floor.
Move your body gently forward and backward, allowing a deep stretch. When moving forward, extend the bent leg back to transition into the tabletop pose, also known as Bharmanasana in yoga.

Seated side stretches
Sit on the floor with your hands placed behind your hips. Cross one ankle over the opposite leg’s thigh (the leg should be bent at the knee). Slowly move your body side-to-side, allowing your muscles to stretch fully.

Kneeling forward-backward motion
Kneel on the floor and place one leg beside the opposite knee. Move your body forward and backward while in this position, hands clasped in front of your chest, and keep your gaze downward to stay focused.
Diet tips to complement your workouts
While incorporating these exercises can help reduce bloating, maintaining a healthy diet is equally crucial.
Mia also highlights foods that combat bloating, fatigue, and fat. Include options like berries, avocado, ginger, and lemon water in your meals to enhance your results.
By combining these exercises with a balanced diet, you can take effective steps toward reducing bloating and improving your overall well-being.
