This year's lineup includes the return of Dubai Ride and Dubai Run, an expanded Dubai Stand Up Paddle, and the brand-new Dubai Yoga, all designed to bring people of every age and ability together.
Dubai Ride: Conquer Sheikh Zayed Road
The action kicks off on Sunday, November 2, as thousands of cyclists take over the city's most famous highway for Dubai Ride.
Participants can choose between a family-friendly 4km route through Downtown Dubai or a more challenging 12km course that passes landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future.
For advanced cyclists, an early morning Speed Laps session offers a high-pace challenge.

Dubai Stand Up Paddle: Adventure in Hatta
On November 8 and 9, the stunning Hatta Dam will host the Dubai Stand Up Paddle. Now a two-day event, it combines fitness with breathtaking natural scenery.
Participants can enjoy free paddleboarding and kayaking sessions, along with sunset yoga on the water. With all equipment provided and free shuttle services available, it’s a perfect weekend escape.
Dubai Run: The World’s Largest Fun Run
On November 23, Sheikh Zayed Road will once again transform into the world's largest free community fun run for the Dubai Run.
With a record-breaking 278,000 participants last year, this event is a true celebration of collective movement.
Runners can choose between a 5km family-friendly route or a 10km challenge, with dedicated zones ensuring everyone can participate safely.
Dubai Yoga: A Mindful Finale
For the first time, DFC will conclude with Dubai Yoga on November 30 at Zabeel Park. This massive sunset yoga session is expected to be one of the largest in the region, symbolizing the challenge's focus on holistic wellbeing.
With dedicated areas for families and ladies, it promises to be a unifying and peaceful end to a month of fitness.
