You'll face rope walls, ice pools, monkey bars, tire runs, net crawls, and plenty more challenges designed to push you to your limits.

This isn't just for elite athletes—last year's event welcomed over 600 participants from 70 countries, representing all fitness levels. Whether you're 15 or 60, male or female, there's a spot for you in this frozen adventure.

Choose Your Challenge Level

Elite Category (AED 280): Think you can conquer the course in under 25 minutes? This category is for speed demons and fitness fanatics who want to push their limits.

Individual Category (AED 250): Perfect for all fitness levels, this option lets you tackle the course at your own pace while still experiencing the full challenge.

Teams Category (AED 200 per person): Bring your crew! Groups of five can take on the obstacles together, making it ideal for friend groups or workplace team-building adventures.
