During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

I've been practicing BodyBalance for few months now and I've never throughout that I would be able to find a such great way to get toned and feel healthy, inside and out!
The 45 minutes of exercises, which starts with a great Tai Chi routine to warm up and followed by a series of Yoga and Pilates sequences to help tone and strength, and ends with a beautiful 10 minutes of meditation where is the time to truly relax, reflect and center your body.
The meditation part is one of my favorites, I mean where else in your week are you told to lay down, relax and focus on yourself.
