GRIT GAMES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions are administered on behalf of GymNation LLC / trading as GymNation. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to the GymNation LLC / trading as GymNation, registered in the UAE, and whose registered office is at, Dubai, UAE. GymNation LLC maintains the website (www.GymNation.com). 

• The last date to register for the competition is 12 February at 10AM.
• One male and one female winner from the individual category is entitled to 2 return economy class tickets each (one for themselves and one for a travel partner) from Dubai to New Zealand and hotel stay for 5 nights and 6 days. No other expenses will be covered.
• Teams will be awarded cash prizes as described here (total): AED 2000 total for the first-placed team, AED 1500 total for the second-placed team and AED 1000 for third-placed team – all to be split amongst each team equally.
• The second-placed individual male and female will receive AED 1000 each, and the third-placed male and female will receive AED 500 each.
• Winners will be announced on the day of the Finals
• Cost for visa issuance and insurance is not included – winners and their travel partners will arrange their own visas.
• The flight tickets and the accommodation will be booked by GymNation subject to visa approval to New Zealand. GymNation does not take any responsibility for the travel eligibility of the winners and their travel partners.
• The winners need to travel to New Zealand within 1 year of receiving the prize which includes any time needed to arrange visas.
• GymNation has the right to restrict travel on peak flights/high season.
• GymNation shall not be responsible for any breaches of contract or any actions or omissions on the part of suppliers nor be liable in any way to any party for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Contest, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to any delay in the processing of applications, error in computing, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the
• Each team must consist of at least one female participant.
• Each team can consist of a maximum of 1 Les Mills GRIT Instructor as a participant.
• All entries and participation are subject to GymNation’s discretion.
• All participants agree to GymNation’s Member Health declaration form.
• The location selected by the participant when registering is final and cannot be changed.
• Winners will be chosen by GymNation and announced on the day of the finals
• Employees and families of GymNation or Les Mills are ineligible to claim a reward. Any teams comprising of the aforementioned participants will be automatically excluded from the final count when deciding the winners.
• Winners are determined at GymNation’s discretion.
• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. All winners shall accept prizes as they are and subject to any terms and conditions to the prizes. GymNation makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes in this Contest. GymNation assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
