When meeting a potential client for the first time I encourage them to take up martial arts as a fitness path. Although it is a fantastic physical work-out, the more important aspect is how it teaches you to be committed and focus your mind, which to me is the most important part of achieving fitness targets. I have over 11 years of experience in Martial Arts and 6 years of Personal Training in Dubai, and from personal experience, I can tell you that much is true. However, if Martial Arts isn't your thing, we can still incorporate the core tenants of it in other forms of training.
