I am a certified Level 3 personal trainer, specialising in body building, weight loss and body toning. I have been training personally for the past 5 years and have really enjoyed the journey that it has taken me on so far. Being an agent of change, I love helping people adapt new habits that will set them up for long time success. I do this by learning about my clients' current habits and establishing what is needed to be re-enforced or changed.
