When I started my fitness journey, one of my main goals was to inspire people. We all want to look good, right? I wanted to show people that to look your best, you have to train both your mind and your body; one cannot go without the other. My training technique focuses on strength and conditioning, weight loss, and rehabilitation. I believe that health and fitness are lifelong pursuits that we can accomplish through small victories along the way.
