You must be 16 years old at the time of joining to become a GymNation member. We do also offer classes for younger participants, so please check with the team if this is of interest to you or your children.

Who needs a steam room? It's 50 degrees outside!

GymNation locations provide the widest range of gym equipment and the largest gym space available in the UAE at the most affordable prices. In order to provide such low membership rates, we don't have swimming pools, steam rooms or sauna's within our gyms, but we do have full changing room, shower and bathroom facilities (including lockers) which are all accessible 24/7 as part of your membership.

We offer a high-quality exercise and fitness facility with no 'frills and fuss' and therefore we do not provide members with a towel service. This keeps GymNation costs low, and we pass on these savings through fantastically low and flexible gym memberships.

We encourage all members to bring their gym own towels, but don't worry if you forget, we have GymNation towels available for purchase within our gym vending machines.

WiFi is available within all GymNation locations for FREE!

YES! We have an ample amount of free onsite parking for all GymNation Downtown Dubai members.

All GymNation locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, so you will never miss a workout again!

ABSOLUTELY! We have over 200+ FREE CLASSES per month which are included as part of your GymNation Downtown Dubai membership.

Classes include Les Mills BODYPUMP, GRIT, BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT, RPM, our popular JumpNation (Trampoline class), Yoga, Spinning, Zumba and more! You also have FREE 24/7/365 access to our virtual classes and dedicated virtual studio, where you can take part in on-demand group exercise classes whenever you like!

Yes and Yes. As with all of our gyms, GymNation Downtown Dubai will have a dedicated ladies only section accessible directly from the ladies only changing room. We will also run separate ladies only group exercise classes on a daily basis.

Cash is old school! We are new school! In order to save on time and back-office costs (which we can pass on to our members in the form of lower membership prices), all our membership payments are taken via debit/credit card through our website. So we don't accept any cash membership payments. Our website is 100% secure and data is only used for your GymNation membership transaction.

GymNation memberships can only be paused in specific situations (eg injury, pregnancy) upon providing valid medical proof from your GP/Doctor.

The GymNation fixed-term membership is based on a 12 month agreement period.

That won't happen! You will love GymNation Downtown Dubai but in the very unlikely event that you don't, you will have a 14 day period from when we open to let us know. In that case, we will cancel your membership and issue a refund on the first membership payment you have made.

We understand that the UAE is a transient place and therefore, if you are relocating out of the country or have a medical issue then we can support you in cancelling your GymNation membership.

Valid proof such as a relocation letter from your HR team, or a medical note from your doctor/GP must be shown to our team in order for the cancellation to be processed.

If you are lucky enough to have secured one of our Founder Membership rates then you will not be charged again at all until the month after we open.

The first payment you have made not only secures your Founder Membership rate but also covers your first month GymNation Downtown membership.
