I have over 12 years of fitness experience beginning back in university where I trained and competed in kickboxing. I later shifted towards bodybuilding, competing in mens physique competitions and accumulating knowledge and experience in general fitness. I went on to achieve my REPS Level 3 certification in personal training and established myself as a result-oriented trainer, pushing my clients to challenge themselves and also learn to enjoy and appreciate their fitness journey. My specialties include body building, body transformation, HIIT, circuit training, kickboxing and weight loss.
