I am very results oriented, and to me, consistency is key. Training is all about building habits that help achieve lifestyle changes. I motivate my clients and help them build strength, improve mobility/posture, overcome injuries and refine their dietary choices. Previously, I worked as a lifestyle and fitness coach at Etihad Airways, working with crew to improve their overall health, maintain optimal body weight, incorporate exercise and healthy eating to reduce fatigue from their demanding lifestyle. I hold a combined Sports Nutrition and Personal Training Certification from The International Sports Science Association paired with personal and professional experience of more than 10 years.
