A high-intensity, cardio-focused HYROX session designed to build stamina and endurance, incorporating ski ergs, rowers, running drills, and bodyweight exercises.

The ultimate HYROX challenge, blending strength, endurance, and competition-style workouts into one comprehensive session that mirrors an actual HYROX event

The GymNation HYROX Performance Center is equipped with Centr – the official global HYROX equipment provider, ensuring every participant trains with the exact same equipment using in full world championship HYROX races

CONCEPT2 CARDIO

Just like in a full HYROX race, GymNation’s HYROX Performance Center features race standard Concept2 Cardio Rowers and Ski Ergs to help you build the stamina, power and efficiency that you can take into any HYROX race.

COMPETITION TURF

Designed to replicate the exact flooring conditions of a full HYROX race, the flooring used in GymNation’s HYROX Performance Center has been imported from Europe and provides the same friction optimized experience as you will find in any international HYROX race.
