Tired of the same old workouts? Riyadh has plenty of fantastic places for Pilates that can revamp your routine.

From classic mat Pilates to the increasingly popular Reformer Pilates, the Saudi capital is brimming with spots to get a good stretch in—while also getting a serious sweat.

Compared to traditional mat-based Pilates, Reformer Pilates uses a Reformer machine equipped with a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and springs, adding resistance to the usual Pilates movements.

When running tracks, gyms, and healthy food subscriptions just aren't enough, it's time to explore some of the top Pilates classes in Riyadh.
