"When I want to feel powerful, I go back to the basics," she says. "It’s about showing up and doing the hard work, even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s what keeps me grounded and in control."

"Pull-ups," she laughs. "I don’t love them, but I know how good they are for posture and strength. They humble you, but nothing beats the feeling when you finally hit your reps."

As the festive season approaches, Deeb offers a simple message to women who may be struggling to maintain their routines: aim for progress, not perfection.

"Consistency isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being prepared," she explains. Whether it means opting for shorter workouts or simpler meals, the key is to keep showing up. "Over time, those small acts of commitment add up. That’s where real results come from."

Deeb's values are also reflected in her style, both inside and outside the gym. As a modest-fashion icon, she designs with purpose.

While she is serious about her goals and faith, she reveals a more playful side off-camera. "People think I’m serious all the time, but I’m actually really goofy," she admits. "I love to laugh and have fun."
