What is the point of having a gym membership if you don't have the flexibility to visit whenever you want! At the best gym in Dubai, we are always open gym 24/7! That means if even if you want to come in for a workout at 2 am in the morning we will be open and ready for you! Our virtual fitness classes operate 24/7 too! Multiple Locations
There are already 3 GymNation locations and even more coming this year. Our first Dubai gym location opened in 2018 in Al Quoz, followed by Bur Dubai and RAK in early 2020! By the end of 2020, we will add 5 more locations across the UAE including a gym in Motor City, a gym in Silicon Oasis, a gym in Abu Dubai, a gym in Mirdif, and a gym in Downtown Dubai. Wherever you live, there will be a GymNation close to you!
Fitness Classes
We have more fitness classes on our schedules that any other gym in the UAE! From a wide range of Les Mills Classes including BodyPump, body attack, Grit, and more, through to favourites Yoga, Zumba, and of course our signature BLITZ HIIT workout classes. Don't forget our world-class Muay Thai classes either! Plus as mentioned already, even if you want to come and do a class at 2 am, at GymNation you can! With 400+ virtual classes at GymNation, you can still get fit even when there isn't a live class to do!

GymNation locations are full of world-class equipment! We have partnered with global leading equipment supplier Matrix Fitness to provide all members with the very best in cardio, free weights, and weights machines. Whether you want to smash some KM's on our treadmills or lift our 60kg dumbbells, you will find all of the equipment you need to put your fitness first! Each GymNation is over 30,000 SqFt, has separate ladies-only areas, dedicated male and female changing rooms and enough workout space and exercise equipment to exercise every single part of your body in style!
