The 2024 Dubai Pro has concluded, but the excitement is already building for next year.

On Monday, it was revealed that the 2025 Dubai Pro will offer $500,000 in total prize money, making it the third highest paying event in the IFBB, after the Olympia and Arnold Classic.

The Dubai Pro showcased four bodybuilding divisions, featuring some of the sport's top athletes.

This included previous Olympia champions like Breon Ansley and Erin Banks, as well as William Bonac, the 2019 runner-up.

The IFBB Pro League aims to have high-profile competitors participate more frequently throughout the year, and increasing the prize money is a key strategy to achieve this.

2025 Dubai Pro Moves to Third in Total Prize Money

In a surprising twist, Arnold Schwarzenegger announced that the 2025 Arnold Classic first-place prize will also be $500,000.

This announcement came right after Hadi Choopan secured his win at the 2024 Arnold Classic.

This year, the Arnold Classic awarded $300,000 to its champion, while the Olympia confirmed that the Men's Open winner would receive $400,000.

We may see an announcement from Mr. Olympia at the 2024 Mr. Olympia competition later this year, addressing Arnold Schwarzenegger's increase in prize money.

Such developments could lead to a competitive prize money race in 2025.

This is good news for the athletes and marks a positive growth for the sport. Arnold’s ultimate aim is to elevate the sport, and other competitions are clearly following his lead.
