EQUIPMENT

You might be here to get your blood pumping, your muscles flexing, or just to try something completely different - but whatever you want from your workout, we’ve got the latest generation of equipment available within our ladies gym. 

At our gym for ladies, you'll find the highest spec cardio and strength equipment and free weights. Don’t forget, if you need a quick demo of any of the machines or equipment, all you have to do is ask, and one of our female only personal trainers will be happy to assist you.

SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS

Our ladies gym has direct access to our dedicated ladies only changing room complete with full shower and changing facilities, secure lockers, vanity counters, and plugs for hair dryers. The ladies-only changing rooms are cleaned throughout the day to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.

VENDING MACHINES

We all forget bits of our kit from time to time. So if you leave your towel at home, forget your locker padlock, or are feeling thirsty, head to our vending machines outside our ladies changing rooms and ladies gym, where you will find everything you need! If you need change for the vending machine just ask the team at reception.

RECEPTION

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to ask the team at reception anytime. Gym entry is made via the gates just opposite the main reception. All you need to do is scan your GymNation membership card, then scan your fingerprint, and you can enter GymNation and our ladies only gym.

SAFETY & SECURITY

At GymNation, we take safety & security VERY seriously! Whatever time of the night or day you wish to work out, you will be safe in GymNation. Our gym is monitored by CCTV, and there is always at least 1 first aid and fire marshall trained staff member on-site. We also ensure all members agree to our code of conduct when signing up to the gym
