When and Where?
Save the date because these aren’t your typical gym sessions. The first workout kicks off at KO Crossbox in Dubai Marina on Saturday, March 29, from 1 PM to 2 PM.
Can’t make it to the first one? Don’t worry! There are two more opportunities to join:
- Saturday, April 5 (11 AM – 12 PM) at MOVE at FIVE, FIVE Jumeirah Village
- Saturday, April 12 (10 AM – 11 AM) at Ballers, Downtown Dubai
These high-energy sessions are specifically crafted to prepare you for the Spartan Race, focusing on functional fitness and obstacle-specific drills.
Even better, the sessions are completely free! But here’s the catch—spaces are limited, so act fast and register while you can.
More Than Just a Workout
The free sessions are just one part of Spartan Middle East's training offerings.
They also organize a weekly Run Club every Wednesday at 6:15 AM, starting at SALT on Kite Beach.
This extra opportunity is open to everyone and includes a WhatsApp group to keep participants motivated and in the loop (a bonus for accountability!).
What is the Spartan Race?

The Dawn ’til Dusk edition will take place on Saturday, April 19, at the luxurious Bab Al Shams resort, which will be transformed into an arena-like battleground.
Choose from two race formats to suit your level:
- 5KM Sprint: A short, challenging course packed with obstacles.
- 10KM Super: A longer, tougher race ideal for those seeking the ultimate challenge.
