Largest Middle East Fitness Expo Moves Venue

Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City is set to become the new venue for the Middle East's largest annual fitness and wellness event, comprising Dubai Active, Dubai Muscle Show, and Dubai Active Industry. 

Scheduled to take place from October 25-27, 2024, the exhibition promises an exciting new chapter for fitness enthusiasts.

A Bigger and Better Venue

IEG Events, the event organizers, expect to attract 38,000 visitors to the expanded 30,000 square meter exhibition space, which now includes an outdoor activation area.

The previous events were held at Dubai World Trade Centre, but the new venue offers the advantage of housing all segments under one roof, eliminating the need to move between different concourses.

This shift also allows for more favorable dates and a greater alignment with Dubai’s governmental fitness initiatives.

Situated within Expo City, the Dubai Exhibition Centre is rapidly evolving into a key hub, amplified by ambitious projects like the Al Maktoum International Airport.

The location offers easy access, with the Metro leading directly to the exhibition halls, free parking for all visitors, and complimentary shuttle buses from the World Trade Centre to Expo City.

Global Talent and Inspirational Activities

In partnership with Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Tourism, and Expo City, the 2024 edition will feature 600 inspirational athletes and health and fitness influencers from around the world.

Attendees can look forward to educational talks, meet and greets with top industry names, competitions, group fitness classes, and business seminars.

The event will showcase over 400 exhibitors representing leading sports nutrition, fitness, wellness, and bodybuilding brands from 40 countries.

This extensive exhibitor presence highlights the global nature of the event.

The 2023 headliners included Kayla Itsines, Krissy Cela, and Kelsey Wells, along with two-time bestselling author and motivational speaker James Smith, and online personal trainer Chris Williamson. Similarly, Dubai Muscle Show has hosted numerous Mr. Olympia champions.
