What types of meal plans do you offer?
We offer a wide range of meal plans, designed by our expert nutritionists that have been tailored to suit your specific goals including weight loss, muscle gain and maintaining your weight.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes! You have full control over your meal plan with Yalla Chef. You can select your favourite dishes, dietary restrictions, portion sizes, and exclude ingredients you don’t like. With our new ‘build your own’ tool, you can also keep complete track of your calories and macros whilst you build your completely customisable plan.
How are the meals prepared?
Our meals are prepared by professional chefs using fresh, high-quality ingredients daily. Each meal is crafted to provide a perfect balance of nutrients without compromising on taste.
How long does a meal plan last?
Unlike many other meal plans in the region, there is no long-term commitment. You can choose between 5, 6 or 7 days for a minimum of 1 week.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes! You can pause and restart your plan at any time with Yalla Chef for even more flexibility and convenience.
What makes Yalla Chef so different?

Yes, you can customise all your dietary preferences for your plan including Vegetarian.
Do you have a Gluten-free plan?
Yes, you can customise all your dietary preferences for your plan including Gluten-free.
How late can I pause or skip a day in my plan?
You can skip a day or pause your plan with as little as 2-days notice. Which is great if you have any last-minute plans or changes to your routine.
Is there any discount for ordering for more weeks in one go?
Yes, if you order for 4 weeks you will automatically get a 15% discount, if you order for 8 weeks you will automatically get 20% off your whole order.
What is the minimum number of days my plan can be?
You can order for as little as 5 days for 1 week or you can even try our 3-day trial on your first order.
How soon can I start my plan after I place my order?
Once you place your order, you can start as soon as 3 days later. Our expert Chefs will need time to prepare your bespoke plan to your specific requests. So, if you order on Sunday, you can start your plan on Wednesday.
I would like only 1 main meal per day on my plan, is this possible?
Yes, you can order as little as 1 meal per day on your plan. Yalla Chef’s meal plans are completely customisable including the number of meals and the number of snacks you’d like to include.
Can I see the menu?
Yes, please download the MealPlanet app from the app store, once downloaded search for YALLA CHEF – select your meal plan preference and you’ll be able to see the menu for the upcoming days including a full sample menu.
Do you have a specific weight loss plan?
Yes, we have a weight loss plan with calorie-controlled meals designed by our expert nutritionists that makes it easier (and tastier) than ever to lose weight.
Do you have a plan to gain muscle?
Yes, we have a Muscle Gain plan built by our expert nutritionists to help you bulk up the smart way. Packed with high-protein, nutrient dense meals, it’s calorie-controlled and has been designed to give you the fuel you need to recover, rebuild and grow stronger.
Can I order direct?
