GymNation has just made a groundbreaking announcement in the UAE fitness industry, committing AED 70 million to construct one of the world's largest and most advanced gym facilities.
This ambitious project is set to take place in Dubai's Motor City.
The recent strategic acquisition of Fitness First's Motor City branch marks a significant real estate move for GymNation.
This expansion will see GymNation occupying not only the entire current floor in the iconic Control Tower but also the additional space above, bringing their total gym area from a massive 30,000 sq ft to an impressive 55,000 sq ft.
Loren Holland, CEO and founder of GymNation, aims to revolutionize Dubai's fitness scene.
Recognizing the growth in the Motor City community, Holland has made this expansion not just a matter of space but a strategic enhancement for business, members, and the community at large.
His goal is to continue evolving GymNation’s offerings, making top-tier fitness facilities accessible without the hefty price tag.
What's in store for the new space? Get ready for dedicated areas for Reformer Pilates, boxing, wellness, and intense BLITZ Boutique HIIT sessions.
Additionally, plans include the UAE’s largest recovery zone featuring saunas, ice baths, sports massages, and assisted stretching.
GymNation is also introducing Dubai’s first indoor uphill running track and the Middle East’s inaugural Hyrox Performance Centre.
But that's not all—Holland hints at more developments coming to other GymNation locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
With locations already open in Al Ain and plans for an additional 12 sites across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, GymNation is set on a path of substantial growth.
Construction on the new Motor City mega gym is set to begin soon, promising a significant enhancement to Dubai’s fitness landscape.
Keep an eye out for GymNation as it flexes its influence in the UAE fitness world like never before.
