THE GYMNATION ATHLETE PROGRAM
At the heart of the GymNation Foundation is Athlete — our commitment to opening the gym floor to those who need it most. Through two complementary streams, we provide free and subsidised access to GymNation clubs across the region, giving athletes the space, equipment and community to chase what they're capable of.
For young aspiring athletes, Athlete removes the cost barrier that too often stands between talent and opportunity, supporting the next generation as they train toward their goals. For athletes of determination, the programme offers an inclusive, welcoming home to build strength, confidence and connection — because the gym belongs to everyone.
Different journeys, one shared belief: that potential should never be limited by circumstance. Athlete is how we live that belief, one athlete at a time.
WHAT IS THE ATHLETE PROGRAM?
The GymNation Athlete Program is more than a traditional ambassador initiative - we're backing people who are striving for truly extraordinary goals. Selected athletes receive full access to GymNation's facilities across the UAE and KSA, a dedicated strength and conditioning coach, and ongoing support tailored to their specific discipline and objectives. Athletes also become part of the GymNation community, gaining exposure through our channels, events and network of 200,000+ members across the Gulf. Nominations are open to athletes and adventurers of all disciplines, from competitive sport to record-breaking endurance challenges.
WHY GYMNATION BACKS EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE
GymNation was built on the belief that world-class fitness should be accessible to everyone. That same belief drives the Athlete Program. Talent doesn't care about your budget. Ambition doesn't wait for the right sponsor. We started this program because we kept meeting remarkable people: athletes, adventurers, competitors who had the drive but not always the resources to back it up.

The Athlete Program FAQs
Athlete is the GymNation Foundation's athlete support initiative, designed to remove cost and access barriers for two groups: young aspiring athletes chasing their potential, and athletes of determination looking for an inclusive, welcoming place to train. Selected participants receive complimentary access to GymNation clubs across the region.
The programme is open to aspiring athletes with a passion for sport and a commitment to training. For athletes of determination, Athlete is open to all — there is no competitive prerequisite. Whether you're working toward a podium or simply toward a stronger, healthier you, you're welcome to apply.
Applications are submitted through the online form at the top of our Foundation webpage. You'll be asked to tell us a little about yourself, your sport or training goals, and why Athlete would make a difference for you. Our team reviews every application personally.
Successful applicants receive access to GymNation clubs across the region, with the flexibility to train at any of our locations, at any time.
No. Athlete is provided free of charge to selected athletes — that's the whole point. The GymNation Foundation covers the full cost so that talent and determination, not finances, decide who gets to train.
"Athletes of determination" is how we refer to athletes with disabilities or additional needs. It's a term we use with intention — because determination, not limitation, is what defines them. Athlete provides an inclusive, supportive gym environment where every athlete of determination is welcomed and respected.
Athlete members can train at any GymNation club across the region. Whether you're closer to one location or travel between cities, your access moves with you.
Athlete places are offered on a 12-month renewable basis. We review and renew with each athlete to make sure the programme continues to fit their journey.
Absolutely. For younger applicants or athletes of determination who'd prefer support with the form, parents, guardians, coaches or carers are very welcome to apply on their behalf.
