The health and wellness industry across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf is growing fast but there's still enormous untapped potential. Consumer expectations are rising, technology is evolving, and the region's young, active population is hungry for innovation. The businesses that will lead this space aren't being built in boardrooms. They're being built by people who live and breathe health, fitness and wellness: people like you. The GymNation Incubator exists to back those people, give them a platform, and help them turn bold ideas into real businesses.
FROM APPLICATION TO INVESTMENT: HOW IT WORKS
The process is designed to be straightforward. Here's what happens from the moment you apply:
- Apply online — submit your application telling us about your idea and the problem it solves
- We review all entries — our team assesses every application ahead of the April deadline
- Shortlisted applicants are invited to pitch — present your idea directly to GymNation's founders from October
- Winners receive investment and support — direct funding plus hands-on business support to help you launch and scale

The GymNation Incubator Program, run in partnership with Entrepreneur Middle East, is our search for the next generation of ideas shaping the future of health and wellness. Selected founders pitch directly to GymNation's founders for the chance to receive investment, hands-on support, and access to a 200,000+ member community to research, test, and scale.
The programme is open to entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses based in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia or Bahrain, working in fitness, wellness, health, or technology. If you have a bold idea for how people move, train, recover or live healthier — we want to hear from you.
Any stage. Whether you're at the idea stage with a concept on paper, building a prototype or MVP, or already operating and looking to scale — applications are welcome across the spectrum. What matters most is the strength of the idea and the founder behind it.
We're focused on fitness, wellness, health, and technology — including (but not limited to) training innovations, recovery, nutrition, mental wellbeing, sports tech, wearables, member experience and digital health. If your idea sits somewhere across these worlds, that's often where the most interesting things happen.
There are four stages: (1) submit your application online, telling us about your idea and the problem it solves; (2) our team reviews every application ahead of the April deadline; (3) shortlisted founders are invited to pitch directly to GymNation's founders from October; (4) winners are announced and the support begins.
Applications close in April, with shortlisted pitches taking place from October. We recommend applying as early as you can — strong applications often benefit from earlier conversations with our team.
Winners receive direct investment from GymNation, hands-on business support to help you launch and scale, and meaningful access to our 200,000+ member community across the GCC — a rare opportunity to research, test and grow inside a real, engaged audience. Specific terms are agreed with each founder on a case-by-case basis.
