HYROX Next Gen (Ages 10–16)

A structured functional fitness class inspired by HYROX, where teens develop strength, endurance, power and resilience through running, wall balls, SkiErg, rowing, sled pushes and pulls, and other functional training challenges. Every workout is scaled to suit different fitness levels, helping participants build athletic ability, confidence and teamwork while enjoying the excitement of HYROX-style training.

Blitz Next Gen (Ages 10–16)

A high-energy HIIT-style fitness class in our dedicated BLITZ training space, combining treadmill intervals, functional strength training, agility drills and bodyweight exercises. Designed specifically for teens, each session improves strength, speed, endurance, coordination and confidence through fun workouts, team challenges and motivating coaching in a supportive environment.

Kids Yoga (Ages 7–12+)

A fun and engaging yoga class designed to help children build flexibility, balance, strength and coordination through age-appropriate poses, movement and breathing exercises. Each session encourages mindfulness, focus, confidence and emotional wellbeing while helping kids relax, improve body awareness and enjoy the benefits of movement in a calm and supportive environment.

Dance Nation Kids (Ages 7–12+)

A fun, energetic and engaging dance class where kids learn exciting routines inspired by a variety of dance styles. Through movement and music, they improve coordination, rhythm, balance and musicality while building confidence, creativity and self-expression. Every class encourages teamwork, develops performance skills and, most importantly, helps children stay active while having fun.

Jump Nation Kids (Ages 7–12+)

An exciting trampoline fitness class that gets kids moving through fun games, energetic routines and creative challenges. Using mini trampolines, children improve coordination, balance, agility, cardiovascular fitness and body awareness while building confidence, teamwork and healthy movement skills in a safe and supportive environment.
