How should I prepare for a JUMPNATION class?
It’s best if you wear comfortable workout clothes and a good quality pair of trainers as you will be working up a serious sweat in the class! Don’t forget a good-sized bottle of water and of course your sweat towel.
Do I need to be really fit already?
The answer is no, but this class will definitely get you fit, so ideally, attend regularly. The JUMPNATION instructors cater to all levels of ability from beginner to advanced.
