MMA-Inspired Fitness Now in Ajman: UFC Gym Middle East

UFC GYM is expanding its presence in the Middle East, marked by the opening of a new branch in Ajman.

This launch in Ajman is the eighth facility to open in the UAE since the franchise's introduction to the country in 2016.

Situated in City Centre Ajman Mall, the newest establishment covers 1,665 square meters over two levels.

It features a fully equipped gym furnished with high-end MATRIX Strength and Cardio machines.

The venue offers trainer-led classes in the MMA section, including Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Kickboxing, Fight Fit, and MMA.

Additionally, there are Group Exercise Classes available in the studio such as Cycling, Zumba, Yoga, and Barbell Conditioning.

At UFC GYM, the renowned Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) class is a High-Intensity Interval Training session conducted in the functional fitness area, catering to all ages and fitness levels.

Exclusive ladies-only classes will be offered in the Ladies Only Gym, designed and led by women for women.

Moreover, a youth program focusing on Boxing, BJJ, and DUT will be regularly scheduled for children and young adults, with classes segmented by age groups (4-7 years old; 8-11 years old; and 12-15 years old) to ensure a secure and progressive learning environment.
