Veo Fitness Dubai is now part of the city’s growing premium gym scene, with Emaar Hospitality Group’s wellness brand operating four community clubs, according to Emirates Woman. The move follows other UAE premium fitness and wellness launches and gives Dubai residents another example of how gym facilities are being built around daily community life.
The four-club footprint matters because Dubai’s fitness market is already crowded, active and still expanding. The National, citing the 2025 UAE Health and Fitness Industry Report by Dubai Active Industry and Qantara Sports, reports that the UAE has 1,344 registered gyms and fitness facilities, with Dubai accounting for roughly 80 per cent of operator presence. In that setting, new locations are not only about more treadmills or more classes. They show where operators think people want to train, recover and socialise close to home.

Where Veo Fitness Dubai clubs are located
Emirates Woman reports that Veo’s four Dubai clubs are based at Hayya Lakes in The Lakes, Manzil in Old Town, Downtown Dubai, Arabian Ranches 2 inside the community’s Leisure Centre, and Meadows Town Center. Zawya separately reported that Veo launched in April 2024 with initial branches at The Lakes, The Meadows and Souk Manzil in Downtown Dubai, which supports the picture of a community-led rollout rather than a single flagship launch.
The locations also show a clear neighbourhood pattern. Downtown Dubai gives the brand a central urban address, while The Lakes, Meadows and Arabian Ranches 2 place it inside established residential communities. For gym-goers, that kind of placement can affect whether training feels like an extra trip or a simple part of the day.
Facilities vary by community
Emirates Woman’s club-by-club breakdown points to a model where each site has its own mix of training and leisure spaces. Hayya Lakes has a gym floor, yoga and cycling studios, adult and kids’ pools, tennis courts and padel courts. Manzil includes pools, a cycling studio and an al fresco terrace. Arabian Ranches 2 has an outdoor training area and a dedicated recovery space. Meadows Town Center is described as family-focused, with separate studios for yoga, cycling and group exercise, plus jiu-jitsu and dance.
Across the clubs, Emirates Woman lists class options including HIIT, indoor cycling, Pilates, flow yoga, sound healing, meditation and aquatic training. Zawya also lists yoga and sound healing among the brand’s classes. That mix puts high-energy training, mobility work and lower-intensity sessions under the same operator, which is common in the premium segment of Dubai’s fitness market.
What members can expect from the offer
Emirates Woman reports that Veo offers single-club, Premium all-locations and Duo membership options, plus programmes for teens. The same report says new adult members receive a complimentary body assessment and personal-training session. Zawya also reported tiered memberships, class packages and personal-training programmes at launch.
The operating hours are broad, according to Emirates Woman, with clubs open from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and 7am to 9pm at weekends. That detail is useful because premium clubs often compete on more than equipment. Access, timetable choice and community convenience are part of the story too.
What the Veo Fitness openings say about Dubai's gym market
The National’s market reporting helps explain why operators keep adding locations. It says 62 per cent of UAE fitness operators reported revenue growth over the past year, about six in ten plan to open more locations within two years, and average member retention sits around 62 per cent. Those figures suggest a market where brands still see room to grow, even with a large number of facilities already registered.
Veo also says it has reached four clubs, more than 60 staff and more than 2,500 members within twelve months, according to Emirates Woman. The National also reports that Veo operates four clubs and is opening two more in 2026. Taken together, the reports point to a premium operator trying to grow through community-based clubs rather than one-off destination gyms.
What to watch if you are choosing a gym in Dubai
For residents, more gym openings usually mean more choice. The useful part is knowing what kind of choice you need. Before joining any club, it helps to compare practical details rather than getting pulled in by a shiny launch.
- Location: Pick a club you can reach consistently from home, work or school runs.
- Facilities: Check whether you actually need pools, courts, studios, recovery areas or only a well-equipped gym floor.
- Timetable: Look for class times that match your week, especially if you rely on group training.
- Training style: Choose a place that supports what you will repeat, such as strength work, cycling, HIIT, yoga or family activities.
Dubai’s gym market keeps growing, and Veo Fitness Dubai is the latest example of premium fitness moving deeper into residential communities. If this news has you thinking about your own routine, fill in the enquiry form.
