How to Perform
Starting Position
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold a barbell with an underhand (supinated) grip, hands about shoulder-width apart.
3. Keep your elbows close to your torso and your back straight.
Execution
1. Curl the barbell upward while contracting your biceps.
2. Keep your elbows stationary — only your forearms should move.
3. Lift until the barbell reaches shoulder height.
Lowering Phase
1. Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position under control.
2. Avoid swinging or using momentum.
