How should I prepare for a BODYATTACK class?
It’s best if you wear comfortable workout clothes and a good quality pair of trainers as you will be working up a serious sweat in the class! Don’t forget a good-sized bottle of water and of course your sweat towel.
How often should should I do BODYATTACK?
If you are looking to seriously shape up and want to hit it hard, try attending BODYATTACK 2-3 times per week.
If I am pregnant can I still do BODYATTACK?
Firstly, consult with your doctor or health professional about your pregnancy as they will advise you, given your medical history, if you are safe to continue with the class. If you get the green light, always let your BODYATTACK instructor know so they can make the necessary alterations for you to remain safe in the class.
