What do I need for a Les Mills Shapes workout?
Les Mills Shapes uses a variety of optional equipment. This includes a sculpt band, sliders/sliding discs (these are optional, you can use socks on the carpet as an alternative), 2x lightweight plates (1kg and/or 2.5kg), and a yoga mat.
How fit and strong do I need to be?
Les Mills Shapes is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout is packed with options so you can train at an intensity that works for you. You can move at your own pace, slowing down and stopping as you need.
How often should I do Les Mills Shapes?
Aim for 2-3 Les Mills Shapes workouts each week. We recommend doing the six workouts in order, repeating each workout a few times before moving on to the next. Over a six-week period, you should be able to progress through them all.
