2024 PFL Championships in Riyadh!

Just days before the Professional Fighters League (PFL) hosts the "Battle of the Giants" pay-per-view (PPV) event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, one of its largest events to date, the organization has confirmed a return to this location on November 29, 2024, for another major mixed martial arts (MMA) event.

In a recent pre-fight press conference, PFL announced that the 2024 Championships will also be held in Riyadh.

This event will not only determine six champions but will also award six separate $1 million checks to the victors.

The regular season began last April in San Antonio, Texas, with the final qualifying event occurring on August 23 in Washington D.C. After five months of thrilling fights, the championship matches are now set.

Here's the lineup for the championship fights:

• Heavyweight: Denis Goltsov vs. Oleg Popov
  
  
• Light Heavyweight: Impa Kasanganay vs. Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov
  
  
• Welterweight: Shamil Musaev vs. Magomed Umatulov
  
  
• Lightweight: Brent Primus vs. Gadzhi Rabadanov
  
  
• Featherweight: Timur Khizriev vs. Brendan Loughnane
  
  
• Women’s Flyweight: Dakota Ditcheva vs. Taila Santos
  
  

Brendan Loughnane and Impa Kasanganay aim to clinch their second championship in their respective categories.

Loughnane previously secured his first tournament victory against Bubba Jenkins in 2022, while Kasanganay claimed last year's championship by defeating Josh Silveira, whom he also bested in this year's semifinals to reach the finals.

Additionally, the winner between Denis Goltsov and Oleg Popov might earn a lucrative fight against the victor of this weekend's heavyweight title battle between Francis Ngannou and Renan Ferreira.
