The Dubai Fitness Challenge has kept everyone moving over the past few weeks, encouraging people across the city to stay active.
Now in its eighth year, the challenge invites Dubai residents to engage in 30 minutes of daily exercise for 30 days.
Set to conclude on Sunday, November 24, there are just a few days left to enjoy free classes and exciting pop-up events across the city.
If you’re planning to squeeze in one last workout, here are some of the best free options to explore—and they won’t cost you a dirham.
Dubai Fitness Challenge Free Workouts to Try
BoxIQ
During the Fitness Challenge, you can grab a seven-day free trial at the boxing gym.
This is your chance to experience expert-led classes, whether you’re a first-timer trying out boxing or interested in a high-intensity HIIT workout.
These sessions are open to anyone aged 19 and above.

DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village
Visit Kite Beach to experience the Fitness Village before it wraps up at the end of the week.
Don’t forget to bring your towel and water bottle, and make sure to book your session online beforehand as slots are filling up fast.

Dubai Creek Striders
Join this local running group for a final run around Dubai Creek at 6 am on Saturday.
This free session is a great way to get your steps in, increase your heart rate, and take in a stunning sunrise over the city.

dubizzle Games
For an interactive and fun workout, head over to the dubizzle booth at the Zabeel Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village.
Participate in games like darts and stand a chance to win prizes before the booth closes for the year.

Dubai Run
The grand finale of the Fitness Challenge gives you a rare opportunity to run on Sheikh Zayed Road.
There’s still time to register for either the 5km or 10km route, both starting near the Museum of the Future.
The 10km route ends at the DIFC Gate Building near Emirates Towers, but if we had to pick, we’d recommend the 5km option—it finishes at Souk Al Bahar, home to Time Out Market!

F45
Throughout the Dubai Fitness Challenge, F45 studios have been offering unlimited classes to help you build strength and improve cardio. Make sure to claim your free class pass before the challenge ends this Sunday.
