Explore these exciting new wellness destinations that offer everything from high-intensity workouts to relaxation therapies:

The Ice House

Located in Index Mall, The Ice House brings Dubai's new passion for cold water immersion to DIFC.

Ice baths are renowned for their physical and mental benefits, such as reducing inflammation, boosting circulation, and enhancing alertness.

In this tranquil, modern studio, you can challenge your own endurance with a session in an Odin Pro ice bath within your private suite, lasting anywhere from three to five minutes.

The entire experience is quick, taking just 15 minutes, perfect for a lunch break retreat, priced at Dhs120. Pair it with a 45-minute infrared sauna session for a total of Dhs220.

Gigi

Joining the wave of Pilates studios emerging in Dubai is Gigi, a friendly wellness studio situated in Mirdif Avenue Mall.

It proudly claims to be the first in the Middle East to offer Miniformers—a smaller version of the Megaformer—focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility.

Despite its size, it provides the same intense full-body workout beloved by Pilates enthusiasts.

Gigi also offers sound healing, yoga, and a juice bar in partnership with Love Vibe, where you can enjoy a nutritious shake or juice. Classes begin at Dhs147.

Sage

Sage, a newly opened wellness hub in Jumeirah, boasts a minimalist design accented with plants and trees to enhance relaxation.

It features two yoga studios for group classes, with the upper studio offering stunning Burj Khalifa views and accommodating up to 20 participants.

There's also a private studio for four, and a serene, soundproof meditation room for two.

The facility provides various healing massages and therapies in its neutral-toned treatment rooms, as well as access to a spa with steam, sauna, and cold plunge options.

The welcome pass, priced at Dhs600, includes a yoga class, a 30-minute facial massage, a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage, and spa access.

Chalk Recovery

Longevity Wellness Hub has collaborated with Palm Jumeirah’s Chalk Training Ground to create Chalk Recovery, a cutting-edge fitness recovery space within CTG.

Designed to maintain peak performance for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, it features four ice baths, three compression boots, oxygen inhalation therapy, an infrared sauna, and a stone steam sauna, all aimed at rejuvenating the body, mind, and soul post-workout. Sessions start at Dhs120.

Sohum

In Al Quoz's industrial district, Sohum stands out as a tranquil wellness sanctuary offering zen-inducing treatments and therapies.

It provides a comprehensive program to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, with offerings including yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

Additionally, there's a variety of rituals, healing therapies, unique ceremonies, massages, and facials, making it a comprehensive wellness destination.

Coming soon:

Swell is set to launch in Dubai later this year as a 'high-vibe health club,' offering hot yoga, cold plunges, infrared saunas, recovery treatments, and a tea and tonic bar.

Sanskara will transform a villa in Safa 2 into a premier wellness destination, featuring a wellness center, day retreat, and stylish eatery, promoting a 'simple, clean, conscious, and mindful' approach with diverse wellness options.
