Abu Dhabi Judo Grand Slam

The UAE Judo Federation has announced that top national teams from around the globe will participate in the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Judo tournament, scheduled at the Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi from October 10th to 13th.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the federation noted that several teams that recently competed in the Paris 2024 Olympics, such as those from France, Britain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Moldova, and Mongolia, will attend the event.

Additional teams, including Lebanon and the Republic of Congo, will also be part of the competition.

The UAE judo team is gearing up for the tournament with a domestic training camp in Abu Dhabi, featuring swimming, running, and weightlifting sessions.

This will be succeeded by a second training phase at Tokai University in Japan, taking place during the last week of September.
