Actor Anuj Arora recently shared details about his fitness regimen, which includes a mix of weight training, cardio, core workouts, and a high-protein diet.

Known for his role in the TV show 'Burey Bhi Hum Bhale Bhi Hum', Anuj emphasized the importance of fitness in his life.

"I'm a gym enthusiast and work out six days a week. I also love sports, having played table tennis for 15-20 years, during which I represented my state and school in numerous tournaments.

My daily workout routine spans 2 to 2.5 hours and comprises weight training, cardio, core exercises, functional training, and running," Anuj explained.

His high-protein diet includes 18 eggs daily, prepared as omelets, scrambled eggs ('bhurji'), or boiled.

"I consume a lot of salads and vegetables, focusing on low-carb options. During my bulking phases, I add multigrain chapati to my lunch.

My diet consists of paneer, pulses, protein shakes, nuts, fruits, and soups," shared Anuj, also recognized for his role in 'Bandini'.

Anuj revealed that his family's health-conscious mindset, especially his father's emphasis on fitness and stretching exercises, deeply influenced him.

"We grew up with cows at home, so our dairy products were always fresh and healthy.

Maintaining my health is crucial for my profession; looking good on screen and fitting specific roles requires consistent fitness efforts. Skipping workouts makes me feel low," he noted.

The 'Thodi Khushi Thode Gham' actor mentioned that managing demanding schedules takes extra effort.

"I always carry my food, including eggs, protein shakes, and fruits, wherever I go. Hydration is essential—I make sure to drink five liters of water daily.

Diet discipline is paramount, and my profession keeps me motivated."

"Fitness goals vary depending on the character I portray. I aim to keep fit enough to transform for different projects.

Having six-pack abs all the time is neither healthy nor necessary; it depends on the character you're playing," he added.
