The 2024 Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is now in full swing, with three vibrant 30 x 30 Fitness Villages—DP World Kite Beach, Dubai Municipality Zabeel Park, and RTA Al Warqa’a Park—turning the city into a lively center of health, wellness, and fun!
These 30 x 30 Fitness Villages offer a wide range of activities, promising something for everyone to kickstart their 30-day fitness adventure with enthusiasm.

Kite Beach 30 x 30 Fitness Village
Situated on Dubai’s iconic coastline, the DP World Kite Beach 30 x 30 Fitness Village is buzzing with a variety of sports activities, thanks to a schedule packed with classes across 24 sports and fitness zones.
It's the place to be for anyone eager to achieve their 30 x 30 goals this year.
Get inspired at the e& Main Stage, which hosts numerous classes, challenge friends to football or basketball at the Decathlon Sports Court, break a sweat in the MIRA Teen Fit - Boxd - Martial Arts zone, or find the perfect balance of core, cardio, and resistance training at the talabat zone.
Family Fun
For family-friendly fun, visit the Wasl Gymnastics zone, where all ages can explore flexibility, strength, and grace.
The Wasl Parkour area is ideal for getting active, one leap at a time. Alternatively, enjoy the world of padel at the Emarat Padel Courts or engage in intense workouts on the sand at the Sun & Sand Sports (SSS) Beach Volleyball Courts.
For those seeking calmness, head to the Emirates NBD Yoga zone for soothing yoga and meditation sessions.
Sports Hub
For those seeking more activities, the three-tier DP World Sports Hub has plenty to offer, including weightlifting, cycling, and rowing at the WHOOP Lift – Ride – Row zone, or aquatic fitness at the Emirates NBD Watersports zone.
Also available are trampoline workouts at the Emirates Rebounder, which strengthen legs and bones, and the DP World Cricket Zone for cricket lovers to practice their swing or enjoy games and challenges.

It features diverse fitness zones for all skill levels, including a Cricket Zone, Running Club, Emirates Spin Zone, and Emirates 3 on 3 Basketball Court, making it ideal for outdoor activities.

Classes for Children
There are specialized children's classes at the Dubai Municipality Kids Gym, including Little Lifters for kids aged 6-12, focusing on proper lifting techniques, and Mini Movers, a friendly music and movement session for toddlers and parents.
This fitness village serves as the central hub for Dubai Ride bib collection, open Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 11pm, and Friday from midday to midnight, with classes from 4pm and all-day bib collection.
Saturdays and Sundays run from 8am to midnight, with bib collection available throughout both days.
Al Warqa’a Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village
Nestled in Al Warqa’a Park, the new RTA Al Warqa’a Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village offers a lively fitness experience for all ages and fitness levels.
At its core lies the Cycling Hub, with 75 bikes and on-site mechanics for a seamless ride.
There's also a Running Club and dedicated zones for football fans and kids, with classes like Junior Jump, which boosts power and distance, and Strength Stars, focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and nutrition.
Ladies Zone
A ladies-only zone provides tailored fitness activities in a comfortable setting. Women can join classes like Aerotensity, combining high and low-intensity exercises to music for optimal glucose and fat burning.
