Men’s Open Athletes to Watch
The Men’s Open competition is the highlight of the weekend, featuring a $100,000 grand prize for the winner. Here are the top contenders:
William Bonac
Bonac is making a comeback after a year-long hiatus from competition.
He has already secured an Olympia qualification by winning the 2024 Empro Classic Pro. With a history as a former Olympia runner-up and a two-time Arnold Classic champion, Bonac is a formidable competitor.
Nathan De Asha
De Asha qualified for the 2024 Olympia by winning the Mr. Big Evolution Pro on July 7, where he defeated Bonac. This will be De Asha’s third contest of the season.
Behrooz Tabani
Tabani is also competing in his third pro show of 2024.
He placed second to Bonac at the Empro Classic Pro but secured his Olympia spot by winning the 2024 Flex Weekend Pro, defeating De Asha in the process.
This is the first time Bonac, De Asha, and Tabani will compete on the same stage this season.
Additional Notes
These lineups are subject to change due to concurrent NPC Worldwide pro qualifying events. Winners of those contests may be added to these rosters.
