Morning Routine
What does the first half-hour of your day look like?
I wake up with the sunrise, drink a glass of water with a pinch of salt, and then take our four poodles for a walk around the neighborhood.
Once I return home, I jump on the treadmill for a quick cardio session.
Then, I prepare my NOURISHING breakfast and enjoy two cups of black coffee (shout out to RAW Coffee) or Nourishing Bone Broth, depending on how stressful my day is expected to be. I make it a point to avoid using technology at the start of the day.
Inspiration for Nourishing
What inspired you to start Nourishing?
The inspiration for Nourishing comes from my personal health journey.
I dealt with an autoimmune condition known as "weeping eczema," which made me recognize the transformative power of food and the futility of treating symptoms without addressing their root causes.
I wanted to create a comprehensive solution where people like me could find healing through natural and nutritious meals.
Thus, Nourishing Dubai was born, with a mission to empower others on their wellness journeys through delicious, wholesome food.
