Next comes the main event, the cardio session. Using an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) device, your facial muscles are awakened with subtle electric pulses. It’s entirely painless, though you may feel a slight tingling as the device works its way along your jawline.

While your facial muscles are getting a high-energy workout, the rest of your body stays cozily wrapped under a blanket, allowing you to fully relax as the device handles the heavy lifting.
