Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 18, 2025, when you can brace yourself for a frosty workout as you race through the winter landscape of Ski Dubai at a brisk -4°C. It’s the only race in the UAE where the terrain is icy, but the competitive spirit is blazing hot.

Now in its sixth edition, the DXB Snow Run is back and colder than before, thanks to the collaboration between Ski Dubai and the Dubai Sports Council.

Who Can Participate?

The DXB Snow Run is open to everyone aged 13 to 70. Whether you want to run solo or form a group, there are options available for all. Why not challenge your family or have some icy fun with friends?

When it comes to the race formats, you have two exciting choices:

• 3km race (3 laps around Ski Dubai)
  
  
• 5km race (5 frosty laps for the bold)
  
  

Experience the thrill of racing through real snow. But don’t forget to pack extra clothes, as the chilly air might surprise you by leaving you sweaty under all those layers.

Registrations are open until Thursday, May 15, 2025, starting at just AED 94.50. But act fast, as spots are limited. Register before April 7 to enjoy a 30% discount.

Every participant who completes the race will receive a finisher’s medal, while the top three in each category will take home some impressive prizes and well-earned bragging rights.

Since it started in 2020, the DXB Snow Run has become a major crowd favorite. Last year alone, over 600 athletes from more than 55 nationalities participated. It’s not just a race; it’s a movement to keep the community active, regardless of the desert heat.
