Fitness First launches HealthHero membership

Fitness First has introduced a premium membership tier by incorporating HealthHero's comprehensive service lineup, which provides access to general practitioners, physiotherapists, dietitians, and mental health counselors.

This gym operator is the pioneer in launching all four of HealthHero's services within its new membership offering, redefining what a gym membership traditionally includes.

Justin Musgrove, the CEO of Fitness First, explains, "The fitness industry has long discussed the need to enhance support for the overall health of its members.

We believe our new premium membership achieves this goal. By being the first to integrate HealthHero’s complete service suite, we're offering our members an affordable way to access care typically available only through costly private healthcare."

The new membership will debut on September 2nd and will be offered for an additional £10 monthly fee with no contract required.

Members will have the opportunity to schedule remote GP consultations from 8.00am to 10.00pm, 364 days a year.

They can also book sessions with physiotherapists, dietitians, and mental health counselors.

The premium membership at Fitness First will further include unlimited body analysis sessions powered by Evolt, enabling members to monitor their progress more effectively, alongside two guest passes each month and priority booking for classes.

Given the increasing difficulty in securing GP appointments through the NHS, memberships like this one are highly beneficial.
