Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been announced as the latest investor in Whoop, a popular fitness tracker among many available on the market.

These fitness trackers cater to all budgets, commitment levels, and health conditions. One of the minimalist fitness straps, which can be worn in multiple ways, is already favored by notable users such as Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, and now also enjoys the support of Ronaldo.

“It’s been one of the most important tools that has helped me elevate my game and monitor my health,” said Ronaldo, who joins other ambassadors like Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps and golfer Rory McIlroy.

Sheikh Hamdan has been spotted using Whoop during his exercise routines. This collaboration with Ronaldo coincides with Whoop expanding its services to additional countries in the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Apple Watch Series 9

The Apple Watch, now in its Series 9, is the best smartwatch for iPhone users. Apple describes this iteration as its fastest ever, thanks to the new chipset, and it also boasts an extended battery life.

This device includes a heart sensor and can measure blood oxygen levels. It also tracks sleep data, detailing the time spent in the rapid eye movement (REM) stage and pinpointing when you wake up.

For women, the watch offers menstrual cycle tracking and uses body temperature data to retrospectively estimate ovulation periods.

One of the most exciting new features is the double-tap function, allowing users to double-tap their index finger and thumb to answer calls, play or pause music, and more. Additionally, it has access to an extensive app library to enhance its built-in features.

Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro

Arguably the best budget tracker available, this device is perfect for elevating your fitness journey.

Despite its low cost, this Chinese-made smartwatch boasts impressive specifications. The heart rate sensor has been upgraded to rival more expensive options, and it also includes blood oxygen monitoring.

Its standout feature is the extensive array of over 150 sports modes, making it an excellent workout companion. It's particularly beneficial for runners looking to track their routines. Marketed as a "personal trainer on your wrist," the watch can show instructional animations for warm-up and cool-down exercises, activated by simply lifting your wrist.

The somewhat awkward pill-shaped design of previous models has been replaced with a larger, brighter screen. Known for their exceptional battery life, Xiaomi wearable devices continue to impress in this regard.

Garmin Vivomove Trend

For those who prioritize style and design, this fitness tracker is an excellent choice. It resembles a classic watch with an analog-style clock face. When the user interacts with the screen, the hands move aside to reveal a full-dial display.

It offers essential health monitoring, including heart rate and blood oxygen sensors, as well as features that track energy, stress, and hydration levels. Additionally, it includes a sleep monitoring feature.

The tracker records steps, floors climbed, calories burned, and more—all while maintaining a sleek appearance that seamlessly blends with your attire.

Polar Grit X

Some smartwatches seem ill-suited for rugged outdoor use—but not this one. It's specifically crafted to endure demanding and strenuous outdoor activities, boasting military-grade durability.

With an extended battery life, users can venture out without the concern of losing power mid-hike. Weighing just 64 grams, it stands out as one of the lighter heavy-duty watches available. Its GPS system is highly praised by technology reviewers for its precision, and it accurately tracks vital health metrics such as heart rate and sleep patterns.

Noteworthy features include its FuelWise function, which provides athletes with timely reminders to refuel (eat or drink) during prolonged training sessions or events. Additionally, it offers an automatic overnight recovery assessment, indicating how prepared users are for the day ahead based on their sleep quality.
