At Address Beach Resort on JBR, you can now attend floating yoga and Pilates-inspired classes hosted by Super Sup Fit at the world’s highest outdoor infinity pool.

Classes are offered twice a month for AED 377 per person and include two hours of exclusive pool access, perfect for a refreshing dip afterward. Upcoming sessions are scheduled for May 1, 15, 29, and June 5.

Experience floating breathwork classes at AURA Skypool, hosted in collaboration with Breasy.

Held in the world’s highest 360-degree sky pool, participants relax on inflatable mattresses while wearing noise-canceling headphones.

Designed to help you regulate your nervous system, the class lasts 90 minutes (8 PM to 10 PM) and costs AED 400. The first session took place on April 27, with more dates to follow. It’s time to breathe and relax.
