Here are some of the most exciting and unconventional ways to get moving:

Stand Up Paddle at Hatta Dam

The Dubai Stand Up Paddle (SUP) event returns for its third edition at Hatta Dam on November 8 and 9.

This free weekend event offers a range of activities for everyone, including SUP training sessions for adults and families, mass challenges, and even yoga on a paddleboard.

 

You can also enjoy single or double kayaking amidst the breathtaking mountain views.

 

Football Zorbing

Also known as Bubble Soccer, this activity puts a hilarious spin on the classic game. Each player is encased in a giant, transparent bubble that covers their upper body, leaving their legs free to run and kick the ball.

 

Get ready to bounce, bump, and roll your way to scoring a goal. You can join the fun every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Hatta.

CRANK Night Spin

Light up the night with a high-energy spinning session. Join the Glow Ride with CRANK at Bluewaters on November 27 at 7:00 p.m.

Puppy Yoga

If you love dogs, this one's for you. Fitness First is hosting Puppy Yoga at Palm West Beach on November 15.

Water Yoga
