After enjoying a brief winter break in Abu Dhabi and a weekend rest subsequent to their 3-2 win against Newcastle on January 13, Manchester City are gearing up for their next challenge.
In the Newcastle clash at St James' Park, goalkeeper Ederson had to leave the field due to a severe cut sustained in a collision.
Additionally, Erling Haaland, Manuel Akanji, and John Stones were sidelined due to injuries.
Fortunately, Ederson has recuperated from his injury in time for the upcoming match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, scheduled for 20:00 (UK).
Meanwhile, Haaland and Stones are on the mend and showing signs of improvement.
He’s okay now, Guardiola said about Ederson, although Stefan Ortega Moreno has started our most recent FA Cup clashes.
Haaland has not featured since the defeat to Aston Villa at the beginning of December after suffering a foot injury.
