GymNation, a prominent fitness brand originating in the Middle East, has appointed Rory McEntee as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

McEntee previously served as the Brand and Marketing Director for Gymbox, a renowned fitness brand in London.

Bringing extensive experience in the fitness industry and expertise in brand development, creative marketing, and marketing strategy, McEntee's role at GymNation will focus on advancing the brand’s growth and strengthening its reputation as the leading fitness destination in the Middle East.

McEntee will oversee GymNation’s marketing strategies and communications, prioritizing creative and disruptive campaigns to support the company’s rapid expansion across the GCC region.

With an innovative and forward-thinking approach, he will partner closely with the leadership team to introduce groundbreaking marketing strategies that aim to attract and retain a more extensive fitness community.

During his time with Gymbox, a well-established fitness brand in the UK, McEntee played a key role in shaping the brand’s identity, developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns, and significantly enhancing its presence in a competitive industry.

He is particularly recognized for creating unique, widely talked-about campaigns that resonated strongly with gym-goers.

With McEntee’s appointment, Ant Martland, GymNation’s Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), will now take on a broader role concentrating on driving the brand’s continued growth across the region.
