The Challenge

With GymNation's growth came challenges in managing a vast member base, personalizing experiences at scale, refining sales processes, boosting member retention, and offering 24/7 support.

  • Albus: A web and WhatsApp chatbot trained on GymNation's data provided by the LlamaIndex RAG Layer. It guides prospects with information about membership details, gym facilities, and class schedules. Lead data is integrated into their CRM, and a voice AI agent is activated to arrange tours within seconds upon request. Albus also offers personalized workout plans for members.

  • Jenny AI: A voice-activated assistant for sales and service agents using LlamaIndex for natural language processing and tool integration.

  • Multi-Channel AI Agents: Deployed across web apps, WhatsApp, email, and phone for sales and prospecting to interact with potential members and address inquiries.

  • AI-Driven Member Onboarding Process: GymNation developed an AI-driven onboarding system that collects information about new members' objectives and creates tailored fitness and diet plans.
