Gymshark Enters Footwear with R.A.D Collaboration

Global gymwear brand Gymshark is stepping into the footwear game for the first time, teaming up with UK performance footwear brand R.A.D for a limited-edition sneaker collection.

The collaboration brings together two major British-founded brands to launch two new shoe models.

The collection features two distinct styles:

• The R.A.D One V2: Built for all-around training, this shoe offers 360-degree stability for lifting, along with excellent grip, durability, and flexibility.
  
  
• The R-1: A lightweight and versatile cross-training shoe designed for gym sessions, HIIT workouts, and run training.

Both models will feature Gymshark's logo and be available in the brand's signature muted color palette, including White Silver, Weighted Purple, Pebble Gray, and Triple Black.

The sneakers will be priced at $150 and come in adult sizes.

"We knew that if we were to bring out a shoe, it needed to not only look great, but also one that was going to perform," said Gymshark founder Ben Francis.

"I've been a huge fan of what R.A.D has been doing from the outset. R.A.D shoes aren't just built for performance—they also look better than any other performance shoe you'll find on the gym floor."

This footwear collaboration launches on September 12th, arriving ahead of Gymshark's planned opening of its first North American flagship store in New York later this year.
