IFBB Championship in Fujairah

The organizing committee for the esteemed Mr. and Ms. World Bodybuilding Championship has announced that the event will be held from October 3 to 5 at Fujairah’s Zayed Sports Complex.

Supported by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the competition will showcase both amateur and professional athletes.

The championship is a collaboration between the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation and the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation.

Hundreds of participants from across the globe are expected to attend, including 231 professionals, 347 amateurs, and 182 women. Registration for the event is still open.

At a press conference today, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, expressed his thanks to the UAE's wise leadership for their role in the significant growth of bodybuilding in the country.

Engineer Mohammed bin Majid, Director-General of the Department of Industry and Economy in Fujairah and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, emphasized the strong interest in the championship, noting the high number of registered participants.
