Prepare to sweat and tone your body, as London’s high-intensity KARVE Pilates has inaugurated its new studio at Midtown Plaza on Prince Sultan Road in Jeddah.

KARVE Pilates offers a 50-minute, full-body strength training session.

The program combines enjoyable, fast-paced workouts with deliberate and mindful movements, resulting in a high-intensity, low-impact exercise designed to help you sweat and shape up for a healthier lifestyle.

Currently, KARVE Pilates in Jeddah features Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions for those desiring a more exclusive experience.

KARVE caters to all skill levels in a single class, offering modifications and advancements to accommodate everyone.

Each participant is given a thorough introduction to the equipment, ensuring a secure and effective workout. The endurance-focused routine aims to build slow-twitch muscle fibers, enhancing strength and metabolism.

The intensity of the exercises is balanced with joint-friendly movements, making it a suitable fitness option for everyone.

KARVE champions the mind-body connection. To ensure sustained results and help clients surpass personal goals, each session ends with five minutes of endorphin-boosting mindfulness and breath work.

This holistic method aims to synchronize the senses, preparing clients to handle the challenges of modern life.

The KARVE intro pack includes three sessions for SAR 600, valid for two weeks.

Alternatively, you can choose six classes for SAR 1,552.50 (valid for 30 days), 12 classes for SAR 2,760 (valid for 60 days), 24 classes for SAR 4,416 (valid for 90 days), or 36 classes for SAR 6,210 (valid for 120 days). Individual sessions are available for SAR 287.50 each.

KARVE Pilates Jeddah is the latest addition to the brand, following the successful openings in Dubai, London, and New York.
